Due to the bespoke nature of our furniture, all custom orders are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged. We work closely with you throughout the design and approval process to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Before production begins, you will have the opportunity to review and approve detailed designs, material selections, and specifications. Once you approve the design and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
If your furniture arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for inspection and, if the issue is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Our quality guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or modifications made after delivery.
For furniture restoration services, we provide a detailed assessment and quote before beginning work. If you are not satisfied with the restoration, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will work with you to address any concerns.
If you experience any issues with our assembly or repair services, please notify us within 7 days. We will return to address any problems at no additional charge if the issue is related to our workmanship.
You may cancel your order before production begins. Cancellations made after design approval but before production may be subject to a design fee. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, and deposits are non-refundable.
If you are eligible for a refund under this policy, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you are not available to receive delivery at the scheduled time, additional delivery fees may apply for rescheduling. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery and inspect the furniture upon arrival.
